We are an eclectic collection of wonderful folks of all ages striving to be a family of faith
in Christ through caring, serving, and fellowship.
Once upon a time we were two small congregations in two small and very old buildings, existing separately in two neighboring communities. Then God had the brilliant idea to combine our strengths, and the people joined together in 1973 to form a new church that they named Portage Faith. We learned early on that if the union was going to work, we all had to strive to love one another the way Christ loves, no matter what. And love one another we do.

Rainforest Falls VBS at Portage Faith UMC kicks off Tuesday, July 28, with a delicious dinner at 5:30 pm, with the program beginning at 6:00 pm and ending at 8:15 pm through July 31.
Registration forms are required for the children and can be accessed and submitted at this link. Paper copies are available at the Church Office.
